Header Dual Kits and Accessories

Complete dual exhaust system to bolt up to standard headers with 3″ collectors.  2-1/4″, 2-1/2″ or 3″ aluminized 16 gauge tubing is cnc mandrel bent.  Note: none of these header dual kits are CARB legal and are not legal for use to customers in CA.  These systems are not legal for use on vehicles that originally came with catalytic converters.  Note:  modifications, including cutting and welding, may be needed to bolt up to different varieties of headers.  Mufflers are not included in all kits.  Note:  most of these kits are available in 409 or 304 stainless steel, just change the 2nd part number digit to a “4” for 409 s/s, and a “3” for 304 s/s, special order only for the stainless steel kits.

Universal Rod Builder Kits

Aluminized (or 409 or 304 stainless steel) universal kit designed mostly with the rod builder in mind.  Each kit comes complete with four 4′ long straight sections of flash controlled aluminized tubing, four 180 degree mandrel bends, four 90 degree mandrel bends, and four 45 degree mandrel bends.  Custom fabricating including cutting and welding is necessary.  You will also need to purchase separately; performance mufflers, clamps and hangers, header collectors, gaskets, tips, hardware, and etc, give us a call and we can make some recommendations.  Your choice of 2-1/4″, 2-1/2″, 3″.

Euro Joint Connectors

A new type of ball and socket exhaust connector.  There are no gaskets to blow out.  The compact design does not require bulky exhaust flanges with nuts and bolts.  There is no collapsing of the connection joint like with standard muffler clamps.  The re-useable clamping mechanism allows for exhaust tubes to be removed and reinstalled again time after time.  This can be used to replace commonly leaky header collector joints, or at most connection points of exhaust products.  The ball and socket fitting is sealed tight with the clamp, and this also allows for a little bit of an angle to be put into the connection if needed.  Available in aluminized steel or 304 stainless steel, with 2-1/2″ and 3″ size joints in both ID and OD options. We can make other sizes not listed here, including reducing to 2″, or mixing ID and OD options and mixing sizes, just call for special sizes.  One joint contains both the male and female portion of the ball joint assembly and one clamp.

Aluminized steel collector extensions and turndowns. Collector extensions are sold in pairs in either a slip-on or bolt-on (standard 3-bolt header flange) option, clamps or hardware are included. S-Bend Extensions

Need to clear a cross-member or other body component with re-routing your exhaust?  Our s-bend extension are available in 2-1/4″, 2-1/2″, 3″, and 3-1/2″ (other sizes via special order), with a listed amount of offset, from the center of one leg to the center of the other.  The short end is expanded to ID for slip fit, the long end is left at OD to trim to length.  Net length is about 36″, we make the distance between the bends the minimum amount needed to pull the part off in one piece without welding.  Aluminized steel, sold individually.

Universal Header Weld Up Kits

Aluminized steel 16 gauge.  Either a sprint style exit (pictured below) or a lake style.  Kits contain the 8 primary tubes cnc mandrel bent, and 2 collectors.  We will have other sizes and applications, and flanges available soon.  Note:  cutting, welding, and fabrication are required.  The sprint style are mostly designed for open-wheel or sprint style fit applications with small block GM engines mostly in mind.  Collectors are included in the kits, and are also available separately.

Ez Merge Collectors

Convert your standard header to a merge collector header with this universal weld up kit.  Simply cut your headers at the junction of the primaries and the front of the collector, weld the primaries to the included 4-hole collector ring, weld on the center divider, then weld the collector to the system.  Kit contains two aluminized steel 16 gauge collectors, two 4-hole collector flange, and two center dividers.  Note:  cutting, welding, and fabrication are required.
