Stainless Steel Smooth Tube Mufflers
These one-piece shell mufflers have the ends shrunk to the appropriate size in/out. 3-1/2″ od 304 polished stainless steel shell, louvered stainless steel core with heat expansion joint to prevent core breakage and high-temp fiber glass packing. Aggressive sounding, long-lasting, nice-looking performance glass packs. The necks are not expandable, other sizes, lengths and aluminized steel available via special order.

Race Mufflers
These are shaped like a glass pack body with a 5″ shell, 6″ body length, 4″ spiral louvered core, one-piece shell design, packed with high temp fiber glass. The muffler with the turn out will help with sound control more so than the muffler without the turn out end. These mufflers flow very well, and provide a minimum amount of sound control, and are not recommended for street use. They must be welded to your exhaust pipe, and are made of aluminized steel. 6019430 and 6019435 have six discs inside, turndowns, are more restrictive, but quieter, unpacked, designed mostly for circle track racing, black painted steel.

Aluminized Dual Tube Mufflers
These are shaped like a glass pack body, but have the cores of a standard muffler. 4″ shell size only in all applications. Note: size inside the muffler is restricted to 1-3/4″ exhaust flow, and these mufflers are not recommended for high horsepower applications. Recommended for either dual exhaust on lower horsepower applications where space is a concern, or smaller motors as a resonator. These mufflers are reversible.
