4″ Single Turbo Diesel Aluminized Exhaust Systems
Converts the exhaust to 4″ right after the turbo unless noted. Includes all 4″ mandrel bent tubing, hangers, clamps, hardware, glass pack muffler, and instructions. All kits fit all wheel base pickup models (except GM Duramax) and all fit 2 & 4wd models. Except for the Excursion kits, all kits are for pickups. “Q” – quiet – and “W” – wide open – muffler options are available for most kits, see note below.

Note: for all above kits excluding 4005700, 4005530, two alternate muffler options are available, both are 8″ round unpacked mufflers, for a baffled quietest option add a “Q” to the end of the part number, for a straight through mid range sound muffler add a “W” to the end of the part number.

4″ Dual Turbo Diesel Aluminized Exhaust Systems
Converts the exhaust to 4″ right after the turbo unless noted, and at the rear of the down pipe turns to 5″ single into a 5″ single in/dual 4″ out welded performance muffler. Includes all 4″ mandrel bent tail pipes, 4″ down pipe, 5″ front extension pipe(s), hangers, clamps, hardware, 5″ single in/dual 4″ out welded performance muffler, and instructions. All kits fit all wheel base models (except GM Duramax) and all fit 2 & 4wd.

5″ Single Turbo Diesel Aluminized Exhaust Systems
Our 5″ turbo diesel systems systems include a 4″ down pipe, 5″ aluminized 16 gauge tubing, 5″ in/out welded performace muffler, hangers, clamps, etc. 5″ systems should only be used on vehicles that have been modified for higher horsepower (power programmer/ chip, and higher air flowing intake or air filter). Unless noted, all kits fit all whell base models, and are for pickups only.

4″ Single Turbo Diesel 409 Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems
These kits are made of 409 stainless steel. The tubing has a brownish color, and it is magnetic. It is a common material on o.e. exhaust systems. All kits fit all wheel base models (except GM Duramax). For pickups only. Kits include all 4″ 409 SS 16 gauge mandrel bent tubing, 4″ down pipe (for most systems), welded performance muffler, hangers, clamps, instructions and 304 SS tip. Turbo-back fit unless noted as a cat-back or trap-back. Trap-back models are 4″ single with dual 5″ intercooled inside roll 304 s/s tips that exit near the stock location.

Welded Truck Mufflers
All mufflers are a free-flow design and fully-welded, center in/center out unless specified, with spiral louvered cores. All mufflers contain no packing and are reversible, except for the high temp fiber glass in the glasspack muffler which is not recommended to reverse the flow. o/o = offset/offset, c/c = center/center configurations

note: our highest flowing 5″ muffler is the 7018-115AL (955 cfm at 7″ of H2O), but this muffler and the 7014-115AL are our most aggressive sounding 5″ mufflers. The # 7088Q (768 cfm at 7″ H2O) has a lower flow rate, but is quieter than the 7014-115AL and the 7018-115AL. The 5024-114AL is our highest flowing and loudest 4″ muffler, followed in order of lower flow rate and lower exhaust sound by the 7014-114SS, 7081W (603 cfm at 7″ H2O), 7081Q (353 cfm at 7″ H2O), and 1977. For reference, in our testing, the well-designed O.E. factory muffler on a 2004-1/2 Dodge Ram 600 3500 w/5.9L turbo diesel engine flowed 433 cfm at 7″ of H2O.
Expander Tools
These tools allow for expansion to i.d. For use on expanding fingers of 2-1/4″ for 3-1/2″, and 3″ for 4″ and 5″ on a muffler shop tube bender.
