Dock Railings
These dock railing sections are designed for lakeside docks. Universal design allows for fit on many different dock types. Easy removal of the railings for winter storage. We use 16 gauge aluminized steel or 304 stainless steel tubing. The railing kits can be trimmed for height and length prior to mounting, and come in a 3 piece assembly for easier shipping and storage. One section works for a standard 8′ section, and can be trimmed for shorter sections. The mounting kits are available in zinc coated steel or 304 stainless steel, and are available in single or double mount kits. Mounting brackets can mount 3 ways: top mount, side single mount, side double mount. The include common zinc coated steel carriage bolts and flange nuts, self tapping screws are not included and may be needed for some applications.

Our block plate flanges are water jet cut for a very flat, precision part. We can cut thinner and thicker flanges for volume purchases.

Oxygen Sensor Repair Sections
Aluminized steel repair sections are designed to allow you to cut out the rotted oxygen sensor bung, and install these slip fit sections in place of the oxygen sensor area. The repair sections are 7-3/4″ long, both ends are expanded to ID to slide over the OD tube. The ID ends can be trimmed to length as required for fit. The oxygen sensor bung is installed to the tube using flow drill technology, so no welds to leak. Available in 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4″, 2-1/2″, and 3″.

Coolant Tubes/Kits
Aluminized steel coolant tubes and kits, available in 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, and 1-3/4” OD with beaded ends. Designed to be used in conjunction with rubber hose and hose clamps to fabricate custom, durable coolant lines. Cutting and welding may be necessary to build your perfect fit setup. Other sizes and custom tubes can also be made.
